Engagement in our communities has consistently been a key priority for us. Our Team Members are integral to these communities, and both our people and the communities shape our future. We value the donation of time and energy as much as financial contributions. Therefore, we actively encourage our Team Members at every level to take meaningful roles in organizations we support. Several ongoing programs offer the time and guidance needed to make a difference. These initiatives are mutually advantageous, as they enable us to bring new perspectives and ideas back into our own organizations.

In 2023, team members logged almost 19,000 volunteer hours of community service with 292 nonprofit organizations.

One way we accomplish our philanthropic goals is through board involvement by our team members. We encourage team members to fill active volunteer board positions with eligible non-profit organizations. Currently, 30 Koch team members serve on more than 70 non-profit boards.
