STRAFFORD, MO – Amprod, LLC, has named Tiffani Claussen as the new CEO, effective June 17, 2024.

Ms. Claussen will take over the position from Bill Hammitt, who is retiring.

Ms. Claussen has worked at Amprod since 2019, when she joined as CFO. She was later promoted to General Manager at Watson Metal Masters, a division of Amprod. Amprod is also the parent company to American Products, DustShield and EnSight Solutions. All the divisions’ headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in Missouri. The divisions each serve their own unique industries.

When asked about her new position, Ms. Claussen expressed excitement for the opportunity to work with Amprod and divisional leaders on ways to grow the company in regard to safety, sales, team member satisfaction and product innovation.

Mr. Hammitt has been with Amprod for 17 years, starting as COO before becoming CEO in 2022. During his tenure, he has been key in multiple division acquisitions and sales to help grow the company’s assets. Under his leadership, the company has built a solid foundation for continuous improvement, safe practices, team member engagement and more.
