Neil T. McDonald

Neil T. McDonald is the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the Treasury function at Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Prior to joining Koch, Neil built a strong foundation in finance through various roles of progressive leadership at Nestlé, MasterBrand Cabinets, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer for AmeriQual Foods. Throughout his career, Neil has played integral roles in numerous mergers and acquisitions, supporting both acquisitions and dispositions—a skillset he continues to leverage at Koch.

He serves as a Director on the boards of the Koch Enterprises operating companies, including Audubon Metals, American Products (Amprod), Koch Finishing Systems, Koch Air, and South Western Communications. In addition to his board responsibilities, Neil holds the roles of Assistant Secretary and Treasurer for each of these companies.

Neil is also a Director and Treasurer of the Koch Foundation, where he contributes to the organization’s philanthropic mission. His commitment to community engagement is further reflected in his role as a Director for the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville (CMOE) and as a member of the University of Southern Indiana School of Business Board of Advisors.

Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a MBA from Ball State University Miller School of Business.
