Josh Gilberg

Josh Gilberg is President of Koch Finishing Systems. He served as General Manager for four years prior to moving into his current role in January 2024.  Prior to his time at Koch Finishing Systems, Josh worked in various leadership roles with increasing responsibility in purchasing, supply chain management and cost estimating within Gibbs Die Casting Corporation for nine years and at Allison Transmission Incorporated in engineering and purchasing roles for 11 years. 

 

Josh currently serves on the board of South Western Communications.   He also serves on the non-profit board for the Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville.  He previously served on the nonprofit boards of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley, Marion Educational Outreach, and Tri-State Manufacturer's Alliance.

 

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a MBA from Indiana University.
