Glen J. Muehlbauer

Glen Muehlbauer is the Vice President of Human Resources at Koch Enterprises.  Prior to this role, Glen served eight years at Koch Air as the Vice President of Operations & Organizational Development.  Before joining the Koch Enterprises family of companies, Glen held various Human Resources positions at Raytheon Company and Corus Bank.

Glen is active in the community by serving on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana, Ivy Tech Foundation, United Way of Southwestern Indiana and Deaconess Hospital.  He has previously served on the boards for the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville, the Girl Scouts of Southwestern Indiana, and Leadership Evansville.  

Glen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.  Additionally, he received an honorary degree from Ivy Tech Community College.
