Disaster Relief Matching Gifts

In times of crisis, we stand together. The Koch Foundation Disaster Relief Matching Gift Program empowers Team Members to make a difference by doubling their impact. The Koch Foundation will match 100% of donations made to designated 501(c)(3) nonprofits, ensuring critical support reaches those in need. To simplify the process, we will launch a dedicated microsite where Team Members can seamlessly contribute—no need to submit receipts or fill out forms. Together, we can provide swift and meaningful relief to communities affected by disasters.

United Way Matching Gifts

The Koch Foundation’s matches Team Members’ gifts annually to the United Way throughout our footprint. We believe the United Way invests in solutions that address our communities most pressing problems. When a Team Member or retiree contributes to the annual United Way campaign in their community, the Koch Foundation matches that gift at 110%. Last year alone, the Koch Foundation matched nearly $400,000 to United Way offices throughout our region.

What is the Koch Foundation Matching Gift Program?

The Koch Foundation Matching Gift Program aims to amplify the impact of our Team Members' charitable contributions to causes they are passionate about. All contributions, subject to limitations set forth below, will be matched by the Koch Foundation on a dollar-for-dollar basis. The Koch Foundation will match up to $20,000 within a calendar year, provided the combined amount does not exceed $20,000 to U.S. based nonprofit organizations categorized as Section 501(c)(3). Each gift must be a minimum of $25. Unused match amounts do not carry over into the next year.
